Our Commitment to Child Safety
At Strive Early Learning Centre, the safety, wellbeing, and rights of every child are our highest priority.
We are committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where children are respected, protected, and empowered to thrive. Child safety is embedded in everything we do, guided by the NSW Child Safe Standards and the National Child Safe Principles.
We maintain a zero-tolerance approach to child abuse, harm, neglect, and exploitation.

Safe Recruitment & Staff Screening
We are committed to ensuring all staff are suitable to work with children.
All educators, volunteers, students, and contractors must:
- Hold a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Complete safe recruitment and reference checks
- Participate in ongoing child protection training
- Understand mandatory reporting obligations
We maintain strong supervision and professional standards at all times.
Reporting & Legal Responsibilities
Strive ELC complies with all child protection legislation, including:
- Mandatory Reporting requirements
- NSW Reportable Conduct Scheme
- Child Protection laws and regulations
We ensure all concerns are taken seriously, acted upon promptly, and reported to the appropriate authorities where required.
