Meet our Director

Josephine Giancotti

Strive Early Learning Centre is proud to have Josephine Ginacotti as part of our leadership team.

Josephine has worked in the early childhood education and care sector since 2017 and has held leadership and director roles since 2020. She holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and is currently completing a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood and Primary).

She is passionate about creating nurturing, inclusive and engaging environments where children feel safe, respected and inspired to learn through play. Josephine is committed to supporting high-quality practice across the service and fostering environments that promote children’s confidence, curiosity and wellbeing.

A strong advocate for building genuine relationships, Josephine values meaningful partnerships with children, families and educators. She believes these connections are central to creating a sense of belonging and supporting each child’s individual learning journey.

Outside of work, Josephine enjoys spending quality time with her family, travelling, and exploring new places and cultures through food and shared experiences.

Josephine is dedicated to contributing to a positive and supportive centre culture and ensuring children and families feel welcomed, valued and connected throughout their time at Strive Early Learning Centre.
