Jaclyn Rigas

Centre Director

Jaclyn leads our Bankstown centres, bringing 14 years of experience in early childhood education. She holds a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care and is passionate about building warm, well-run centres where children and educators alike feel supported. Of Australian and European background, Jaclyn values the many cultures represented in our community.

Malak Ezzeddine — Assistant Director

Assistant Director

Malak supports the day-to-day running of our centre and has five years of experience in early childhood education. She holds a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care and is known for her calm, approachable presence with families. Of Lebanese background, Malak brings a strong sense of community and connection to her role.

Christine Hanh — Educational Leader and Room Leader

Christine guides our educational program and leads her room, drawing on 15 years of experience in early childhood education. She holds a Bachelor of Education (Birth to 5 Years) and is committed to play-based learning that follows each child's interests. Of Chinese and Australian background, Christine celebrates diversity in everyday practice.

Room Leader

Huyen leads her room with 20 years of experience in early childhood education. She holds a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care and is dedicated to creating a nurturing space where every child feels safe to explore and grow. Of Vietnamese background, Huyen brings warmth and cultural richness to her room.
